Skanska Industrial Environment Energy (IME) is now looking for a driven and experienced site manager for our projects in process industry, mining industry, and energy facilities. We are part of Skanska's investment in industrial development. Our projects are technically challenging and require both competence and collaboration. With us, you will be where it happens – from Dalarna to Norrbotten.
About the role
As a site manager with us, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on production, while ensuring that the work is carried out according to schedule, budget, and with high quality. You will lead both Skanska's skilled workers and subcontractors, and you will be an important link between the production manager and production.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and document production activities
- Financial management of subcontractors
- Establish and follow up on schedules
- Conduct daily reviews and follow-ups
- Prepare work preparations

We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction, civil engineering, or industrial projects
- High school education with a focus on construction
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good IT skills
- Driver's license (B)
- Since the projects are spread across the region, we prefer that you have some mobility.
- Desirable: University degree in a relevant field
